For businesses and agencies managing multiple users and projects, users with Team Admin roles can access additional team administration capabilities.
View and edit all Jigs
Users with presenter and creators roles can only view content they create, or content that is shared with them.
As a team admin user you can view and edit every piece of content in your account regardless of ownership. This is useful if a Jig owner has not shared an important piece of content with your team and it needs to be edited, deleted, or transferred to another user in their absence.
Filter your Team Jigs into three views:
- Show all
- Not shared with team
- Shared with team
You can sort and filter your Jigs by owner in the account dashboard or the Jig apps.
Transfer Jigs
Transfer Jig to another user
Team admins can transfer Jigs from one user to another in their team, for example if the original owner has left the team.
To transfer ownership of a Jig, go to the account dashboard, and find the Jig you want to move in Team Jigs.
Click on the ... actions menu next to the Jig and select Transfer Jig.
Select the new owner from your team then transfer.
Transfer Jig to another team
Team admin can also transfer ownership of the Jigs to another team. For example if you are an agency creating work for your clients, and need to transfer it from your pre-production account to your client's public branded account.
To transfer a Jig to another team, follow the same instructions above, but also select the team you want to transfer Jigs to in the first dropdown.
A list of the team members of the updated team will then be available to select.

Setting up Team Admin
Every team needs at least one user with the Team Admin role. By default, it is the creator of the team who first signs up.
You can add as many team admin users as you need by going to Team Seats in the dashboard to update a user's role and permissions.
