Invite your team to join your account to present the Jigs that you have created for them. They can also make their own Jigs from your 3D model library or templates, or be set up as read-only presenters. With role-based access you can decide what content users can view or edit, and which features they can use.
Team roles
There are three role types with different levels of permission and access:
- Presenters - ready only viewers of your content
- Creators - create, edit, and manage their own content
- Team admin - create, manage all content, manage team users.

Company roles, such as Design, Engineering, or Sales are descriptive only to help team members identify each others roles and responsibilities. They do not control the features you can use or content you can see.
Adding users from account dashboard
Add new users to your team by going to Team Seats in the account dashboard.
Click Add new member.
Add the user email, company role, and account permissions.
An invitation will be sent to the user with instructions for them to complete signup.
Adding users in bulk
If you need to onboard large numbers of users, like a cohort of students or a new team, you can invite up to 50 users at a time, with a comma separated list of emails.
Ensure the roles and access are set up correctly before sending invites.
Add users from the JigSpace app
You can also invite users from within the JigSpace app by tapping on the {{icon-team-black.svg}} My team tab and entering the emails of your team mates.
These users will have creator access by default. You can edit these permissions via the Jig dashboard.
Inviting existing users
If an invited user already has a JigSpace account, they will immediately be added to the inviter’s team and notified by email. Any content shared with this user will be automatically available when they refresh their app or next log in.
Users in two or more teams can switch between their team accounts within the app or dashboard.

Inviting first-time users
When an invited user does not have an account, they will have a new JigSpace account created on their behalf. An email will be sent to the new user with a link to set up a password and details on how to download JigSpace and get started.
