Maddie currently leads JigSpace’s global customer success team in Austin, Texas, bringing extensive experience from her previous role as a Strategy and Operations Associate at JigSpace in Australia for over three years. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Technology, Sydney, blending analytical rigor with a creative perspective.
Before joining the world of technology startups, Maddie explored the performing arts, gaining valuable skills in communication and adaptability. At JigSpace, her expertise lies in forging strong relationships and deeply understanding enterprise customers. Maddie excels at integrating innovative 3D and augmented reality solutions into customer operations, ensuring optimal outcomes. She also manages JigSpace’s creative services studio, continually aligning resources to best meet customer needs.
In her free time, Maddie is busy seeking out the definitive best BBQ spots in Texas and immersing herself in local travel and live music.
