What data is imported into JigSpace from my uMake 3D models?

When you integrate your uMake models with JigSpace we import and convert the parametric data to meshes which are appropriate for real-time rendering, as well as import mesh size and scale properties, part names, RGB colors, mesh origin or pivot points and the assembly hierarchy. What file formats are supported that can be exported from uMake?

JigSpace supports the standard STEP neutral formats for parametric CAD, as well as USDZ, OBJ, and STL. Due to its reliability for data interchange and optimization in parametric files, we recommend exporting assemblies to STEP file from uMake wherever possible.
